After abortive attempts when I was younger I really had The Fear when I decided to try to learn to drive again. I´m normally a confident person but the idea of driving struck me with nerves and anxiety. My dad had just passed away and I really wanted to confront this fear and had invested a lot emotionally in passing. Barry was brilliant. He reassured me and stuck with me even when I had no self belief. I really thought I was going to be a lost cause and had left it too late and that there was too much of a mental barrier there (not to mention terrible memory!) but Barry had no doubt and all patience.
