My son and daughter both had driving lessons with Barry and I cannot recommend him highly enough. Both found him very knowledgeable, friendly and patient. They were both confident going into their test and passed first time. I will definitely be booking Barry again when my 3rd child is ready to learn to drive.
Barry is an exceptional driving instructor. He is friendly, dedicated, professional and encouraging. His website and online booking system is easy to use, and has lots of good information on it. He goes over and beyond to help you pass your test. I would recommend him and his driving school highly to anyone wanting to pass their driving test.

I was recommended Barry for my driving lessons by a friend after mentioning that I didn’t feel I was progressing much with my previous driving instructor. I was not disappointed, Barry is the best! He is very calm and patient and a great teacher. He explained everything clearly and made me feel comfortable and safe even at times when I was less confident. Not only that, but he is great company to drive around with. He prepared me well for my test and I was so pleased when I passed first time, I definitely could not have done it without him! He put so much effort into making sure I was prepared and ready. I cannot recommend him enough.

The car is new and easy to handle, the communication emails and reminder classes also have a special touch, the website has a lot of important information and helped me a lot during the process. "Barry is fun, caring and well-organised in three words. He knows all around Cardiff, likely to anticipate your route and get you acquainted with the roads. Barry has visual methods to teach you the trick, also explains the mechanics, helps a lot! The website is easy to use and intuitive to navigate through. Also, you can see yourself up there with other "passers"! You can listen to his entertaining adventures spread over seven years of being an instructor or have a meaningful conversation or become the next "great driver" he will talk about. You will feel safe around him and not fear making mistakes. He is punctual, even early in most cases. Watch out! The new car, BMW series 1- Alpine White, has so many technological toys which make it fun and easy to drive for a learner: - Picks up the speed limit from the signs and shows it on the dashboard - You do not need to fiddle around with the hand brake to take off - Has auto wiper and headlight options - You can set the speed and only think about the wheel - You can set a speed limit so you won't have to worry about going over the speed limit Overall, Barry is the instructor to accompany you on your journey of becoming a driver!
